Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and enter the quantity next to any items that you wish to buy and press 'add to basket' at the bottom of the page to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' in the top right of the screen and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, and Solo. We do not charge for your order until it is ready to ship. You can pay using our Secure Payment Server. or you can use the popular PayPal service. For extra security, the cards are processed directly on the Protx site, so we do not see your card details and at no time are they stored on our systems.


Shipping And Handling
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, either by standard 1st or 2nd class post or by Royal Mail Parcel Service for heavier items. These will be delivered to your door by your postman. Your items should be with you in a few days, but allow upto 7 days for heavier items. The delivery charge is a very low £1.95 regardless of weight. Orders over £40 have FREE delivery.




Back Orders
If one of your items is not in stock, we will backorder for you. There will be no additional charge for the delivery of backordered item(s). You may e-mail us to cancel the backordered item(s) if you wish.




Returns
If any items are damaged please notify us imediately for a replacement.

You may cancel your order within 7 working days - if your order has not yet been dispatched it will not be sent and your card will not be charged; if it has been dispatched then please return un-opened for a full refund.

Once you receive your goods, you may return any unopened and unused items within 7 days, for a refund of that item.

Please e-mail for a return number, and the returns address.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items. If an order is returned to us by the courier/postoffice as 'refused' or 'undeliverable' then you will be refunded for the items, but not the delivery charge unless there was a genuine mistake.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added. The site display prices before and after tax, items marked 'no VAT' are either VAT exempt or 'zero rated' for VAT purposes (either way you don't pay any VAT on these items).
